1. About Us

OMAH is an online store operated from Spain, offering print-on-demand apparel and lifestyle products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products

Most OMAH products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product images accurately represent the final printed products. Minor variations within reasonable manufacturing tolerances may not constitute defects. Significant differences from the advertised product or its description may qualify as a lack of conformity under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by EU law. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout and is required in full before production begins.

4. Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete. This confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of your order — we reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraud, in which case you will receive a full refund.

5. Production and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Gelato. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and include both production and shipping time. Delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing. As each product is produced by an independent print-on-demand partner, orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled and shipped separately, and different shipping fees may apply per item. The full shipping cost breakdown is shown at checkout before payment.

6. Cancellations

Because production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed, cancellation requests cannot always be accommodated. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@omahshop.com. We will attempt to accommodate your request where operationally possible. Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel the manufacturing process. This does not affect statutory withdrawal rights where applicable.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Products featuring OMAH’s existing designs are not automatically considered personalized products simply because they are manufactured on demand. Customers covered by European Union or United Kingdom consumer protection legislation generally have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. This right applies unless a specific legal exception is applicable. Products made to a customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory withdrawal right where permitted by law. You do not need prior approval from OMAH to exercise a valid statutory withdrawal right.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this store — including designs, graphics, and branding — is the property of OMAH and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OMAH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
