Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason required — except where the exemption below applies.
Exception for Custom & Print-on-Demand Products
All OMAH products are made to order and personalised by nature. Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on orders that have been produced, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@omahshop.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Return shipping for defective items is covered by OMAH.
